Orders will not be delivered until payment has been received in full. Therefore it is important to ensure credit card details are entered accurately in order to avoid delays and disappointment. 

Catherine George Flowers will not accept responsibilityfor mistakes as a result of incorrect information given by the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. If the delivery details given are incorrect Catherine George Flowers will not refund. Should you wish to resend the flowers it will be at full expense to the customer.

If for any reason you are not happy with the flowers delivered, Catherine George Flowers will do everything possible to rectify the matter and will commit to replace your flowers, if notified within 24 hours of delivery.

The availability of hamper items and containers are subject to availability and may be substituted without notice.

Alcohol will only be sold as part of a delivery with flowers or hampers and will not be sold to anyone under the age of 18.
